Beginners - Cúrsa A: this 10-week course is aimed at those who have little to no knowledge of the Irish language and would like to learn basic phrases, communication skills, and grammar to begin their language journey. This course may also be suitable for those who have used Duolingo but would like to learn how to converse as Gaeilge. The focal point of the course is to provide speaking and listening skills along with relevant grammar taught through various themes.
Beginners continued - Cúrsa B: this 10-week course is aimed at those who have already completed the initial beginner’s class last semester (Cúrsa A) and wish to continue their Irish journey. We will build upon what has been covered last semester, and new themes will be introduced. This class is also suitable for learners who can already communicate at a basic level and may have completed an Irish language course in the past few years. Learners would need to be at a level where they can perform basic greetings, understand, ask, and answer questions in Irish about themselves, where they live, and discuss pastimes, etc.
